With over 15 years of experience, he has lived in multiple countries and worked across diverse industries, including consulting, corporate events and international conferences, trading, and steel construction. Throughout his career, he has contributed to sales, business development, and project management roles, driving growth and strategic partnerships. Coming from a family-owned business background and having worked with small to medium-sized companies, Rafael understands the challenges and opportunities facing business buyers. Now at Pioneer Capital Advisory, he is dedicated to supporting the ETA ecosystem, by helping business buyers navigate the SBA financing process and achieve their entrepreneurial dream.
